Eryngium 'Picos Amethyst'

Eryngium bourgatii ‘Picos Amethyst’ is a perennial plant. This variety features spiky, marbled dark green leaves with vibrant blue stems that nest deep blue thistle-shaped flowerheads. These flowers are an intense blue colour which creates a beautiful contrast with the foliage. The Eryngium bourgatii ‘Picos Amethyst’ is very hardy and will thrive in most soil types. This particular plant will be best planted in full sun or a partially shaded area.
